This work was a personal project to celebrate the 5 years I was together with my partner. In the collage I selected many elements that were somehow meaningful to us: his three cats, my dog, typical tropical plants from my home country, the skyline of his hometown, the day we saw a comet together in Gdánsk. All the little things that made the first 5 years magical.
The couple is a reference to Gustav Klimt's painting "The Kiss" but in this work, it is portrayed as ourselves, wrapped in blankets, kissing farewell to another series of months of long-distance relationship.
